Goo.gl short URL 0.1

This is a PHP class to shorten or expand URLs with the goo.gl URL shortening service from Google

Using an HTTP request to Google goo.gl URL shortener Web services API, it will request a short URL for a given link.

The class can also send a request to expand a given shortened URL with the same Google goo.gl service.

Requirements:

· PHP 5 or higher
